  Extremely rude man, because we asked a couple of questions about the procedure for removing masonry bees he told us 'not to bother' and hung up. Perhaps the reason he has good reviews is he does jobs he wants and those he is rude to don't write reviews. Horrible encounter. Would not recommend to anyone! He was unable to answer any questions about how he would remove them and said we either want it doing or we don't. Extremely poor customer service.
